Narrow Width

With its 1200 mm width, the AIR-VAC 4 is perfectly suited to footpaths and narrow access areas where roadside operation or traffic management isn’t feasible.

Remote Control

A fully proportional remote-control enhances safety, allowing operation from safer positions with improved visibility and reduced vibration.

Lightweight but Robust

Weighing 2750 kg, the AIR-VAC 4 offers excellent weight distribution for off-road use, tipping, and loading operations..

Easy to Mobilise

With a gross tare weight of 2750 kg, the AIR-VAC 4 is easy to transport to site using existing fleet vehicles.

Debris Skip & Tipping

A large, hinged debris door and inclined skip with a PE-lined base enable quick and easy clean-out for operators.

High Efficiency Filtration

The efficient filtration system maintains full power for repeated use between loads, and filters easily removed for power washing.

Hydraulic Power

A dual-circuit hydraulic system enables the use of multiple tools, including breakers, cut-off saws, corers, and tampers, among others.

Top Inspection Hatch

Allows quick & easy access into the debris tank for inspection & clean out.

Hose Inlet

Using a 150mm/ 6” inlet, the AIR-VAC has industry leading power to size ratio.

E-Stop

Located centrally on the AIR-VAC 4 allows for fast, easy reach.

Lighting

The use of LED lighting is a big feature on the AIR-VAC 4. Amber warning, working and tracking warning LED lights are used to warn and inform operatives and others of the AIR-VAC's presence.

Non-Conductive Excavation

The excavation tooling is constructed from a mix of aluminium and PE plastic. This provides a degree of protection from electric shock hazards.

Zero HAVS

Rail Ballast

Designed to handle rail ballast with ease.

Dry Excavation

The AIR-VAC 4 has primarily been designed to excavate dry, although can be used for hydro-excavation, slurries and water.

Clays

The AIR-VAC 4 can handle clayey ground but tends to be slower. Contact us to discuss how to get the best results.

Depths

Whilst most excavations are in the region of 1.5m, the AIR-VAC 4 is quite capable of operating at 10m depth.

AIR-EX Lance

The industry leading tool for ground decompaction and clearance of spoil from underground assets. Powered from an external towed or vehicle mounted compressor.

Filter Blaster

Allows for safe operation and handling of compressed air whilst cleaning down the filters.

Trailer

Our modified Indespension trailer which features convenient tie down points, is a proven work tool when it comes to towing plant & equipment.
