The Role

We are currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder / Fabricator to join our dedicated fabrication team.

As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds on a range of materials, working to precise specifications and maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and other metals
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Ensure all welds are completed to required standards and tolerances
• Inspect and test finished work for quality and compliance
• Maintain equipment and a safe, tidy work environment
• Work collaboratively with the wider production team

Candidate Requirements

• Proven TIG welding experience (stainless steel/aluminium preferred)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good knowledge of health & safety procedures in welding environments
• NVQ or equivalent qualification in welding (desirable but not essential)
